Neuware - After Pearl Harbor and the US entry into World War Two, priority was given to the war in Europe and American forces poured into the 'unsinkable aircraft carrier' that was Great Britain. From the team behind FlyPast magazine, Mighty Eighth is a 100-page souvenir publication which celebrates the Eighth Air Force - the men, their machines, and the UK airfields they flew from. For the first time, using an innovative base-by-base reference guide, it examines all aspects of American air power in Britain in World War Two and through the 'Cold War'. Originally published in 2013 and updated for 2023.
