A 3cm split to top rear hinge, wear with some rubbing to spine-ends and boards' corners. Light wear to edges, binding is strained and cracked 2mm at rear page showing cloth and causing a wobble. Biinding is cracked showing cloth 2mm at page 32. Page-edges are darkened with age, page-margins are yellowed giving text a yellow appearance. Undated - estimate early 2oth century a little later.
