Artificial intelligence is no longer a purely technical concern; it is a leadership challenge. As organizations adopt generative AI at scale, business leaders must make informed decisions about value, risk, governance, and organizational readiness. Microsoft Exam AB-731: AI Transformation Leader reflects this shift, focusing on strategic understanding rather than hands-on development. The book begins by establishing the role of the AI Transformation Leader and clarifying how AB-731 differs from technical AI certifications. It then explores generative AI fundamentals from a business perspective, helping readers identify where AI creates real value and how return on investment should be assessed. Responsible AI, risk management, and ethical considerations are treated as core leadership responsibilities, not optional add-ons. A significant portion of the book focuses on the Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services, explaining when and why each should be used. The book also addresses data readiness, enterprise grounding, and prompt engineering concepts-strictly at a leader's level-before moving into adoption strategy, governance, and scaling AI across the organization. Throughout the book, exam-style scenarios, decision frameworks, and "exam perspective" sections help readers understand how to approach AB-731 questions confidently. The result is a concise, practical, and authoritative guide that prepares readers not only to pass the exam, but to lead AI transformation effectively in the real world. What You Will Learn: Identify and prioritize high-impact generative AI opportunities that deliver measurable business value Make informed decisions about Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services for real-world enterprise scenarios Apply Responsible AI principles to manage risk, ethics, and trust in organizational AI adoption Evaluate enterprise readiness for AI, including data, security, and prompt considerations, from a leadership perspective Design and lead a scalable AI adoption and governance strategy aligned with the objectives of Microsoft Exam AB-731 Who Is This Book For: Business leaders and senior managers.
