Print on Demand. This book delves into the life and thought of Michael Servetus, a Spanish physician and theologian whose groundbreaking ideas challenged the accepted religious beliefs of his time. Set against the backdrop of the Protestant Reformation, the author traces Servetus' journey from his early education to his daring correspondence with Calvin, which ultimately led to his tragic execution. The book explores Servetus' significant contributions to science, particularly his early recognition of the pulmonary circulation of blood. It also sheds light on his profound understanding of the Bible, which led him to reject the doctrine of the Trinity and advocate for a more humanistic interpretation of Christianity. Through meticulous research and engaging storytelling, the author presents Servetus as a courageous intellectual who dared to question established dogmas and paved the way for future religious and scientific advancements. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book.…
