As new as you can get for a series that has been out of print for many years. There is a small imperfection in the form of a crease in the slipcase at lower left front corner- see photos. The First Edition Library published exact facsimiles of desirable first editions, down to the smallest details- cloth, paper, binding, and first edition points were identical to the original. The original information card (points card) supplied by First Edition Library with information about the writing and publishing of the book may be inside, depending on whether this particular copy was sold by First Edition Librarr (yes) or by Easton Press after they acquired First Edition Library (no).
