Robin Flowerdew is Senior Lecturer in Geography, in the Department of Geography at the University of Lancaster. He is a past Chair of the Quantitative Research Group of the Royal Geographical Society with the Institute of British Geographers (RGS/IBG). David Martin is Reader in Geography, in the Department of Geography at the University of Southampton. He is a past Secretary/Treasurer of the Quantitative Research Group of the RGS/IBG.
