What does this book offer?
It unveils the unseen. Whether you're a content creator, small business owner, barber, marketer, or just a curious scroller, Meta AI Handbook brings to light how your daily actions- scrolling, pausing, liking, or messaging- are signals that teach AI who you are. But more importantly, it shows you how to reverse-engineer that process.
With chapters set in cinematic scenes around the world-from silent scrolls on danfo buses in Lagos to algorithmic whispers in Turkish kitchens-this is a global story told through the pulse of digital behavior. Featuring pencil illustrations, statistical charts, real case studies, and interactive prompts, the book combines technology, storytelling, and cultural intelligence into a beautifully crafted journey.
You’ll learn how:
Meta AI watches, listens, and adapts to your emotions, gestures, language, and sleep patterns.
WhatsApp turns grocery lists into automated shops and emojis into booking signals.
Instagram modifies your content before you know what performs best.
Facebook knows when you’re vulnerable, ready to buy, or ready to quit.
A single pause or save can reshape your entire digital identity.
AI reads your legacy, patterns your grief, and reflects your ambitions.
Common buyer questions:
• “Is this book technical or easy to read?”
It’s both. It explains deeply without drowning you in code. Every insight is visualized, and every term is grounded in a real-world example.
• “I’m not a tech person. Will I understand it?”
Absolutely. This book was written for everyday users first. Timmy Abede’s storytelling makes AI as human as your next DM.
• “Is this about Chatgpt?”
No. This is about Meta’s AI ecosystem, one inside your favorite apps that you use daily but rarely notice.
• “Why does it matter?”
Because if you don’t understand how you’re being shaped, you’ll be shaped without knowing. This book gives you power back.
Why you should buy this book:
Because every scroll, like, reply, or reel you post is training an AI system that’s quietly curating your world. Meta AI Handbook helps you finally understand what’s behind that feed and how to take control. It’s designed for action, clarity, and inspiration. It’s the guide for the creator, the thinker, the hustler, the dreamer, the parent, the techie, and the wanderer.
This is the first book to break down Meta AI in a way that’s cinematic, global, and personal. It doesn’t talk to you. It walks with you. Through the shops, trains, kitchens, and bedrooms where Meta AI already lives.
If you’ve ever wondered why your feed knows you better than your friends, this is your answer.

Store description
We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first visit or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
