Paperback. Romantic Goth poetry filled with sexual tension, anger, desire and sometimes.fear.Black Iris is the first of the Shadows of The Heart Series. Renee Robinson writes of soulmates and deep love.Love grows deep and flowers and sometimes is cursed. The delicate Iris turns to glass and shatters as a monster named Cancer enters to destroy the life the couple has built together. A must read for loving couples who are faced with cancer. The Mermaid's Garden depicts the love shared between a couple as they fight cancer together. One is the support for the one who is stricken. Both feel the grief, the pain and suffering. As the bond of love grows stronger, the will to continue the fight grows stronger. This collection of poetry is written with the darkness of goth, the love of two hearts, and the will to live.
