This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -Every person carries a shadow-the suppressed emotions, rejected traits, and unacknowledged drives that quietly shape identity and behavior. This book teaches a structured, educational method for integrating these hidden parts in a healthy, empowering way.Designed for entrepreneurs seeking deeper emotional clarity and stronger personal leadership, this guide explains how ignoring the shadow leads to self-sabotage, reactive decision-making, and stalled growth. Through practical frameworks and compassionate insight, you'll learn how to examine your darker impulses, transform them into usable strength, and develop a balanced identity capable of clearer choices and resilient emotional stability.Instead of fearing the parts of yourself you don't understand, you'll learn to work with them-turning vulnerability into grounded confidence and suppressed traits into authentic power.Shadow integration is not about darkness-it's about wholeness. 244 pp. Englisch.…
