About this Item
This VG quality book was published shortly after 1933 (it lists all 10 titles on the jacket) by World Syndicate Publishing Company. It is a format #3 as per Mattson & Davis (World Syndicate, 8-1/8" tall) and has 250 numbered pages of text. This book--one-piece lightly textured medium green boards with black lettering and lines on the spine and front panel--is square, very clean, free of corner bumps and edge dings; the head and heel of the spine are bumped without fabric fraying; the bottom edges have little wear. Except for an inked birthday inscription on the FFEP, the interior is completely free of writing, stray marks, stains of any sort and page damage of any type. The hinges are strong and not damaged in any way. The paper is moderately toned but is still flexible and not at all brittle. The VG- quality jacket is clean and has a faded spine (see photo); it also has small chips at both the front corners with larger chips at the top rear corner as well as at the head and heel of the spine, with another at the top of the rear panel. The list on the back of the jacket lists all 10 books in this series, the last of which was published in 1933. The book has no remainder mark, no previous owner markings or inscriptions, is not a former library book. Seller Inventory # BMR-2020-7-22-2
