2020 MarkMedia & Art large format hardcover edition. Light reading wear else very good condition. From the cover: For 70 years, Mepal has been a household name in the kitchen, on the dinner table, at school, on the go, and on holiday. Its timeless designs are closely related to the Bauhaus and Danish Modern styles. The history of the Mepal brand began in 1950 during the reconstruction years and was spearheaded by pioneers, new materials and innovation, a time that still continues today. Over the years, many of Mepal’s products have been awarded design prizes and have become classics that will last for generations. So it’s not surprising that these products are not only found in pantries and kitchen drawers, but are also part of the design collections of international museums. 'Mepal. Simply Special' is the story of a remarkable Dutch manufacturing company and an innovation-driven brand with its own distinctive character.
