Has your ADHD already stolen another year from the life you know you are capable of?
Does Any of This Sound Familiar?
- You know exactly what you need to do, but stare at your to-do list, unable to take a single step.
- You start strong every Monday, crash by Wednesday, and wonder why consistency feels impossible.
- You have tried every planner, app, and productivity system only to feel guilty about ignoring them weeks later.
- You either hyperfocus for hours or cannot focus at all, with nothing in between.
- You go to bed every night with undone tasks haunting you, promising yourself tomorrow will be different.
I get it. Living with ADHD is like driving a Ferrari with bicycle brakes. You have been told to try harder, be more disciplined, just start, as if you were not already giving everything you had. You tried medication and felt like a stranger in your own body. You bought the courses, the planners, the apps, and none of it lasted. I have been there too. And I know how heavy that feels.
- Productivity systems designed for neurotypical brains drain the little dopamine you have left.
- Nearly 50% of ADHD medication users experience side effects that make life harder, not easier.
- Willpower and discipline are not the answer. Your brain is biologically wired to run low on both.
- What your brain actually needs is a system built around curated external triggers and dopamine management: a science-backed method that works with your ADHD, not against it.
But First, a Warning
If you are looking for a quick fix, this is not it. Real change with ADHD requires honesty about how your brain works. But if you are done spinning your wheels, what is waiting on the other side will genuinely surprise you.
Inside this book you'll uncover:
- The NICE model: the 4 conditions your ADHD brain needs to engage with any task, engineered in under 5 minutes
- Why breaking tasks into small chunks worsens executive paralysis, and the 3-step alternative that actually works
- The curated external trigger method: how to access deadline pressure any hour of any day, without the anxiety
- The 3 dopamine windows in your day that decide whether you thrive or spiral
- The ADHD burnout cycle and how to catch its 3 stages before it is too late
- How ADHD shame hijacks the same brain system already impaired by your diagnosis
- The 5 ADHD superpowers inside your diagnosis, including one that unlocks hyperfocus almost on demand
This Book is for You if...
- You feel stuck in executive paralysis, aware of what to do but unable to begin.
- Every system you have tried has failed you, and you are starting to wonder if it is you.
- ADHD shame and self-doubt have been quietly running your life.
- You are tired of relying on willpower your brain was never built to sustain.
- Deep down, you already sense that your ADHD can become your greatest advantage.
Imagine finishing your day without guilt, not because you forced yourself, but because the system finally works for your brain. You have the opportunity right now to start living that life.
Ready to stop letting ADHD rob you of another year?

Store description
**Please note our transit times are from the date of dispatch.** We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first purchase with us, or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
