The final edition of the highly regarded videogame memoir. Rob Strangman talks about his experiences with gaming over the past forty years, from the friends he made through gaming to his experiences as a videogame fansite webmaster and more. Memoirs covers Rob's experiences during the years of 8-bit gaming, from the late '70s to the early '90s, and from there, experiencing the rise of the 16-bit consoles and how gaming was changed by the consoles of the late '90s, along with his experiences with arcade games, as well as his limited experiences with PC gaming. And finally, it covers his time spent gaming in the first decade of the 21st century, and the events that led him to call himself a "virtual caveman." Packed with pictures, Memoirs of a Virtual Caveman also has exclusive cover art by the webmaster of ScrollBoss, James Beaver.
