If you are lucky enough to come out of it alive, it can leave you with scars that no amount of pills or doctor-prescribed medication can get rid of.On an endless inward journey, Michael Doiley was able to heal the 'permanent' migraine that burned like a fierce fire every single day for months by teaching himself How to Meditate. The world's best Pharmacy is the human body itself and the world's best chemist is the brain. He has condensed his profound research into this powerful life-changing book. How to Meditate, may be the most concise fast-track tool for meditation that you'll ever need. Revealed inside this book are the reasons why so many people have difficulty meditating and why you don't have to be one of them. Life-coach, Michael Doiley clearly explains the '7-Secret Principles of Achieving Powerful Meditations' and how YOU can see benefits to every area of your life IMMEDIATELY after you have read this book, EVEN BEFORE you've begun to meditate! No longer viewed as hocus-pocus. The many health benefits of meditation have been legitimately documented by scholars, scientists, quantum physicists and doctors. Now, more than ever, the need for the ability to stay calm and focussed, whatever the situation might bring, is of paramount importance. Additionally, the ability to actually regain composure after recent surprise or chaos is becoming more and more necessary in an increasingly unpredictable world.Isn't it time you became the master of your own destiny? To change the world around you, first you must change your mind. Meditation is the key. Better mental and physical health, better communication to your subconscious as well as the universe-at-large and greater utilisation of your intuition. This is only the start of what incorporating meditation into your life can bring. It can also bring, Calm, a greatly enhanced auto-immune system and a multitude of other daily gifts. 'For years, my friends, family and coaching clients/students have requested from me, a quick, easy-to-read stand-alone meditation manual that can be implemented straightaway without any fuss.
