Avoid economic conflicts
Resolving conflicts efficiently without compromising business relationships is of tremendous importance to businesses. The path across the courts is often expensive, lengthy, and in many cases destroys the relationship of trust between the parties. In contrast, economic mediation offers a procedure for gentle conflict resolution by mediating an impartial third party.
Use potential professionally
This practical work explains the structured approach of economic mediation and conveys the necessary tools and techniques. This edition is primarily extended to include hints on the use of digital tools in business mediation.
The classic up to date
The presentation is based on the actual course of a mediation procedure. This makes it possible to quickly get started in the process and a look up of concrete questions alike. The content is ideal for all areas of conflict within a company and between businesses.
Concrete examples from real mediation cases, hints of tripping hazards as well as checklists and patterns on mediation agreement and mediator contract give vivid insights into practice. The classic at the cutting edge of constantly evolving discussion and findings as well as the new legal basis in the form of the Mediation G.
