Review
"A valuable resource for anyone with some economics training who wants to learn about the theory behind environmental benefit estimation. It is a landmark in environmental economics." -- Glenn C. Blomquist, University of Kentucky, reviewing a previous edition or volume
"A thorough overview of the rapidly growing literature... achieves a degree of synthesis that is unparalleled anywhere else in the large non-market valuation literature." -- Land Economics, reviewing a previous edition or volume
"An extremely valuable tool for teaching a graduate-level course in environmental economics. One of the greatest strengths of the book is that it can take difficult concepts and present them in an accessible way." -- Raymond B.
