The battle between the Olympians and the Titans raged for eons, reshaping the world as we know it. When the last great battles were fought, the Olympians emerged victorious, casting the Titans down into the nether and restoring order to the universe. But with no enemy left to fight and no war left to wage, the Olympians slowly faded into obscurity, their glory dimming with each passing age.
The Titans, meanwhile, waited in the shadows, biding their time and rebuilding their power. As they turned their focus to humankind's rapid advancement, immersing themselves in the rise of technology and the industrial revolution, the Titans grew in power and dominance under the guise of human form, while the Olympians slept through their own existence, content to remain forgotten so long as nothing disturbed their long, quiet sleep.
Nothing, that is, until an ancient amulet washed ashore.
Enter Max Cohen, a widowed grandfather scraping by on a meager pension, quietly living out his retirement along the coast. He has no way of knowing that the object he pulls from the sand is enough to stir the Olympians from their long dormancy, and to the Titans, even the faintest sign of life from their old enemies is a threat that demands an answer.
Max finds himself dragged into a war he never knew existed, forced to become a bridge between the mortal world and the divine one. But Max is no warrior, just a good man with a good heart, wishing only to set things right. And that alone makes him dangerous to a world quietly being bound in the Titans' web of corporate greed, industrial ambition, and technological control.
When his family's safety is threatened and the fragile peace between gods begins to crack, Max must decide how far he's willing to go, and what he's willing to sacrifice, to protect the people he loves.

Greg Leib is a former investment banker turned entrepreneur. He founded BNK Invest INC, Market News Video and Terra Fossil Wines. A transplant from San Francisco and New York City, Greg is now currently living in Tucson Arizona. He is very interested in the current crisis at the Mexican/American border.
The story for "Day Crosser" was inspired when Greg attended the The Writers Studio Tucson in 2018. With an idea for a story on paper, he tapped into friend and screenwriter Andy Kumpon to write both a screenplay and novelette. Both Greg and Andy hope to adapt "Day Crosser" into a film.
