This completely revised and expanded 3rd edition of the monograph released in 2012 and already expanded in 2017 includes 36 new projects and shows the most important buildings and projects realized by the architect Max Dudler since 1986. The compact overview reveals how consistently Dudler has systematically developed his conceptual approach out of the history of architecture. His many projects are each illustrated here on two to six pages of images, drawings, historical references, and model views, with accompanying explanatory texts. About the Author: Max Dudler was born in Altenrhein in Switzerland. He founded the Max Dudler firm in 1992, which now has branches in Berlin, Zurich, Frankfurt am Main, and Munich. In 2004, Dudler was ap pointed professor at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf. He has also taught at the Università Iuav di Venezia, the Alma Mater Studiorum Università Bologna, the Politecnico di Milano, Technical University of Dortmund, and Technical University of Munich. His work has received many awards, including the BDA’s 2010 best urban development Grand Nike Award for the Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm Centre in Berlin.
