Paperback. This small book of somatic essays opens a large world enveloping the past, the present, and time to come. It is brimming over with somatic wisdom Keleman has gained, over the decades, from listening to and teaching others, and from listening to and teaching himself. In his unique somatic language, Keleman shares how voluntary means to have a choice in how, when and where to be together or apart, nearer or further, quicker or slower, firmer or lighter and most importantly, he models how to be an agent of our own growth in all the stages of our adult living. This evocative sky-blue book is light to handle, clear to follow, deep to breathe into and out of. His personal distillation of somatic insights is a gift that lights up the present and evokes waves of knowing that resonate with the past and the future. David Boadella, Founder Bio-dynamics This small book of somatic essays opens a large world enveloping the past, the present, and time to come.
