Paperback. You Matter is about understanding ourselves differently. It explores why we think, feel, and behave the way we do, how our past experiences shape us, and why so much of what we struggle with comes back to safety, worth, and belonging. What if your emotions aren't the problem? What if the behaviours you judge most harshly in yourself once had a very good reason for being there? And what changes when you begin to understand that other people's behaviour may have far less to do with you than you think?Through simple ideas, real-life examples, and practical reflection, You Matter explores emotional independence, boundaries, self-worth, responsibility, and the surprising freedom that can come from figuring out whose problem it actually is. It looks at why we take things personally, why we try to control things that were never ours to control, and how understanding can change our need for forgiveness altogether.Along the way, we begin to see ourselves with greater understanding and compassion and discover how much can change when we stop looking outside ourselves for our worth. At its heart is one simple idea: you matter. And when we truly understand that, the way we relate to ourselves, other people, and our lives begins to change. Why do other people have so much power over how we feel? Discover where our emotional patterns come from and how reclaiming our worth can change everything. This item is printed on demand.
