1891. (Leather binding) Poor, no dust jacket. 355-1004pp. Full-leather binding. Decorated endpapers, chart, notes, tables, index. Most of the last page of the index (pp. 1003 / 4) and a subsequent page of advertising have been torn out, the free endpapers are missing, the inner hinges are cracked, the spine is worn at the top and bottom with a 1 / 2-inch tear to the bottom, the front and back covers have some stains on them, handwritten notes at the back of the volume, and there is a previous owner's inscription on the front page.
