How to strive for peace in mind, body, and spirit by incorporating the Greek philosophy of stoicism, even if you feel like your life is out of control.

We struggle to stay afloat as we're caught in the tide of social media, constant comparison, the need for success, and a lack of moderation. If you're ready for the madness to end, you're not alone. In fact, even the ancient Greeks sought a way to bring simplicity back to their lives.
If you're tired of fighting against the world and are ready to embrace the benefits of stoicism, you've found the right book.
