About the Author
Dr. Sanjay Taneja is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Graphic Era Deemed-to-be University, India. His research expertise spans accounting and finance (FinTech, green finance), risk and insurance management, green economics, and innovation in insurance. He holds dual master’s degrees (MBA and M.Com.) with specializations in finance and marketing, earning a gold medal from Chaudhary Devi University, Sirsa, India, in 2012. Dr. Taneja completed his Ph.D. (ICSSR-sponsored) on the financial performance of Indian banks in 2016 and his post-doctoral research on the European Green Deal’s impact on Turkey's CO2 emissions in 2023. He has over 50 publications in reputed journals (Scopus/ABDC/Web of Science), 2 e-books, 1 textbook, 20 edited books, and 4 Scopus-indexed book chapters. His scholarly impact includes 938 Google Scholar citations (h-index: 17, i10-index: 31) and 1023 Scopus citations (h-index: 21). He has presented at 50+ conferences, organized 40+ FDPs, and published case studies. A frequent keynote speaker, session chair, and guest lecturer globally, Dr. Taneja has also filed five patents (three published). Known for his dynamic approach and commitment to growth, he inspires excellence in academics and research.
Swati Gupta, A dynamic individual with a doctoral degree and over nine years of professional experience across various educational institutions and universities in diverse locations. She specialises in teaching subjects such as Management and Technology. Known for her energy and dedication, she possesses excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Having served as the editor for four books under renowned publishing houses including NOVA, Emerald, IGI Global, and AAP, she has contributed signifi¬cantly to the academic field. Mohit Kukreti holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development (HRD), with over 25 years of international expertise in roles such as higher education administration, academic quality assurance, and strategic planning for higher education institutions (HEIs). With a rich career, he has held academic lead¬ership positions in Nepal, Ethiopia, and Sultanate of Oman. He had served as the head of departments, program director for the IBA Program at the Directorate General of 6 CAS Colleges in the Ministry of Higher Education in the Sultanate of Oman. He is presently associated with the recently established government’s University of Technology and Applied Sciences (College of Economics and Business Administration - Ibri). Dr. Kukreti’s academic contributions extend to numerous articles and chapters published in peer-reviewed, ABDC and Scopus-indexed international Q1 journals and international books. His has participated and presented at conferences in the various countries. He has conducted various workshops, served as a session chair in conferences, undertaken editorial roles, and presently working as a reviewer for esteemed journals publishers such as Emerald, Routledge, IGI, and Inderscience. He has delivered talks at various universities, colleges and to the Ministry of Tourism officials, Government of India. His expertise extends to HEI quality assurance, HEI strategic Management, curriculum and courses designing at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has lent his expertise as a Ph.D. examiner at several universities in India. His research areas span HRD, Business Management, HEI’s strategy development and quality assurance, entrepreneurship, and tourism.

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Revaluation Books, Hounslow, United Kingdom, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
