The Rules of Evidence can be tricky in practice. There are numerous "cheat sheets" that print all the rules on one page, but don't provide any additional guidance and are in difficult-to-read fine print. On the other hand, there are treatises packed full of case law and helpful materials, but those are cumbersome to use. This book is meant to fill that gap and be the go-to practical resource for trial lawyers.
