Sick of bloating, bathroom dread, and “managing” your IBS instead of actually healing it?
Master Your IBS gives you a practical, science-backed plan to take control of your gut health—for good.
This holistic guide explores the true causes of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and other digestive disorders, including:
-
Abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, and diarrhoea
-
Chronic abdominal pain, abdominal cramps, and bowel movement issues
-
Gut inflammation, food intolerances, and gastrointestinal disorders
-
Stress-induced flares, gut–brain imbalance, and visceral hypersensitivity
-
Digestive symptoms linked to intestinal disorders, stomach ailments, and food allergies
Written by Tina, an accredited psychotherapist and mind–body medicine expert, this book combines cutting-edge psychoneuroimmunology research with compassionate tools from CBT, mindfulness, holistic healing, and functional medicine. You’ll discover how to:
✅ Calm your digestive system with proven mind–body interventions
✅ Improve your gut microbiome through gut-friendly diet tips and stress management
✅ Restore gastrointestinal health and support the digestive system naturally
✅ Identify emotional triggers and retrain your nervous system using the mind–body connection
✅ Apply the PETAL Plan to reduce flares, rebuild confidence, and improve long-term gut health
If you’ve tried everything—low FODMAP, restrictive diets, endless supplements, or alternative medicine that didn’t stick—this book offers the missing piece: a truly integrative approach that treats both your gut and your mind.
Master Your IBS goes beyond quick fixes to address the root causes of abdominal diseases, stomach problems, and digestive conditions. With its blend of science and holistic strategies, it gives you the tools to ease abdominal pain, regulate bowel movements, and finally find relief from persistent digestive symptoms.
Perfect for:

Anyone with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) or functional gastrointestinal disorders
-
People experiencing constipation, diarrhoea, bloating, abdominal cramps, or chronic digestive symptoms
