The book is bound in clean fine light gray cloth with title and author in black on the spine. Corners are sharp and binding is firm. There is writing in pencil in the margins of 4 pages concerning RJ Wattles , saying that she should have been credited as author of the book" Desert Wife" rather than Hilda Faunce ( Wetterhill). The DJ is in near fine condition with shelf wear on the edges of spine and small chips on the spine caps and corners. origianal price$8.50 on the front flap.In a Brodart protective cover. 208 pp. The author's later boo,-The Book of the Hopi-, was a counterculture classic in the 1960's.
