Otherwise, apart from minor age toning, a very good copy - clean and unmarked - of this rare title. ~QQ~ [1.0P] Author Benny Dembitzer is an international development economist. He was a pupil of Amartya Sen at Cambridge. He has taught at Cambridge, London Metropolitan and Greenwich universities, and at University College London. He was worked for more than a half century across 35 countries in sub-Saharan Africa and 2 in South-East Asia for organisations as varied as the World Bank, Oxfam, United Nations Development Programme, Department for International Development and Care International.
