Mark for Teenagers: How Jesus Changes Everything is a theologically rich twelve-week study that helps young adults grow in their understanding of Jesus through the Gospel of Mark.Written by John Perritt, this accessible resource leads readers through Mark?s Gospel with a clear focus on the compassion, authority, and suffering of Christ. Rather than offering moralistic lessons, it invites students to encounter Jesus himself?the Savior who loves the least, serves the broken, and changes everything for those who follow him. Along the way, readers wrestle with honest questions and come to see how the story of Mark speaks directly to faith, doubt, suffering, and discipleship.Designed for one-to-one discipleship, small groups, or larger settings, this twelve-week study includes Scripture readings, thoughtful questions, article readings, and practical exercises that encourage both reflection and discussion. Mark for Teenagers: How Jesus Changes Everything gives young adults a strong guide for engaging Scripture deeply and building a clearer, more personal understanding of who Jesus is.…

Mark for Teenagers: How Jesus Changes Everything is a twelve-week Bible study for young adults that reveals the compassion, authority, and transforming power of Jesus through the gospel of Mark.
In a time of growing biblical illiteracy, John Perritt invites readers to encounter Jesus—not as a distant figure or moral example, but as the suffering servant and Savior who changes lives. Designed for one-to-one discipleship, small groups, or larger settings, this accessible guide pairs rich theology with thoughtful reflection questions, Scripture readings, and engaging exercises that help young adults connect deeply with God’s Word.
Through in-depth exploration of Mark’s gospel, Perritt encourages honest wrestling with hard questions about faith, suffering, and grace. As students journey through the text, they discover that the same Jesus who walked with the broken still meets them in their own doubts and struggles today.
- Helps young adults see Jesus as both compassionate Savior and powerful King who transforms hearts.
- Encourages honest engagement with Scripture through guided questions and reflection.
- Provides flexible study options for discipleship, small groups, or classroom use.
