These two characteristics will enable this process first to communicate with project management processes and to be further applied in the wider range of construction projects. About the Author

Mr. Abualfeilat trained and provided project management consultantancy services to many international organizations mainly in Europe and the Middle East. He obtained a master of business administration degree in 2011 and earlier a degree in Industrial Engineering. He is Certified Prince2 Practitioner and Project Management Professional(PMP).
