Book & CD set
This book is the autobiographical story of how mantras have guided the author from being lonely, self-righteous, critical, and extremely obsessive-compulsive, to being loving, giving, tolerant—and only moderately obsessive-compulsive. Woven into the narrative is almost everything you might want to know about mantras as tools for spiritual development and personal transformation.
About the Author: Dr Henry Marshall received his PhD from the University of Tennessee. For a number of years, as a licensed clinical psychologist, he taught and practiced in Houston, Texas, in a variety of educational and medical settings. In the US he is a member of the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology, and in Europe he is an Accredited Counselor in the Netherlands Association of Counselling. He currently works as Clinical Director of Tri-Energetic Playshops (therapeutic play groups for personal growth). His critically acclaimed mantra recordings have worldwide sales of over 200,000 copies.
