About the Author

Richard Bingham (UK) has worked at Oracle for over 10 years in various roles within Product Support, providing services for several different software products - mainly Applications. He now works on a team designing the support services that will compliment Oracle's Fusion Applications once it's released. Prior to this, he worked as a software developer, a business analyst, and as well as an interesting role as a geologist on offshore oil rigs. He is also an accredited Assessor for the UK Institute of Customer Services, performing certification of staff from external organizations across all industry sectors.
