About the Author: Jasleen Kaur, M.Com.,MFC, Ph.D. has working as Head, School of Commerce and Management at Khalsa College, Patiala (India) since 1992. She has attended number of national and International conferences. Her main area of interest is Human Behaviour, Human Relations and Spirituality in Management.
