We photograph every item. spine creasing, edge wear; Dr. Molly Shaw is a professor on the tenure track at the exclusive Belden College, but in her heart, she's much more attracted to passion than dry analysis. So when her journalist friend Carter McKee asks her to help him get the scoop of his career, she agrees to his outrageous plan: Carter has scientifically calculated a profile of billionaire playboy Jake Berenger's ideal woman - and Molly is to play the part. The daring duo arrive on the private Caribbean island where the interview is to take place, and Jake falls for the bait immediately - and almost too easily. As Molly goes along with things, she finds herself really falling for Jake. Then he confesses his secret: He's in desperate financial straits, and was only looking for someone to pose as his fiancee in order to convince everyone that he's finally settling down. He'd make it worth her while, but is she up to such a charade? If he only knew.
