Plain black cloth spine and stiff black card covers with titles in red and silver decorations; 12mo; 81 + 14pp appendix; illustrated with drawings by A. Dobbelaere; not issued with jacket. Young's motto: "More Fishing, Less Fussing." Here he presents simple, basic information on a variety of fishing topics, ie. fly tying, making leaders, lines and their tapers, presentation, stream tactics as well as a 14-page index of flies with their dressings. This copy is in good condition with slight chipping to spine extremities; internal cracking along gutter, but all pages tight to binding; small piece missing from fore edge of 1 page, effecting a map on one page a few words to the text on the verso.
