Some promises are worth everything. Others cost you everything.
Making Promises returns to Willa, Wyoming—where nothing stays simple, and love isn’t the only thing on the line.
Camilla Rae Lance didn’t come back for distractions.
With a looming deadline and crippling writer’s block, the fiercely independent, wildly successful heiress guarding a carefully controlled life retreats to her best friend’s ranch, determined to finish the book that could redefine her career.
But the story consuming her isn’t the only thing demanding her attention.
There’s also Lincoln Lochlan, her best friend’s soon-to-be brother-in-law.
Infuriatingly perceptive and dangerously charming, Lincoln is Willa’s sharply dressed golden boy with a quick smile. But beneath the easy confidence is a man who plays the long game… and always wins.
What begins as tension ignites into something undeniable—an all-consuming connection built on sharp wit, fierce attraction, and a battle for control neither of them is willing to give up.
Until everything changes.
Betrayal. A devastating call. A truth neither of them can ignore.
Now, standing on the edge of something neither of them saw coming, he may have to become the man she won’t forgive… to keep the promise that matters most.
Perfect for readers who love small-town romance, powerful alpha heroines, protective men, intense chemistry, open-door spice, high-stakes emotional romance and found family.
