Limited Facsimile Edition of 999 copies, this copy No.150. 4to, xv + pp175 + pp198 plus many plates of Kabbalistic and astrological tables, some of which are fold out and a few colour plates of various demons with engravings throughout text. Hardcover issued without DJ in original cardboard box with titles stamped to front cover and Limitation number handwritten in very good condition with a little scuffing to edges and some small marks. Publishers maroon cloth binding with gilt titles to spine in near fine condition. Inside except for previous owners name to front paste down all pages and plates in near fine condition although the fore edge is a little grubby. A lovely Facsimile reprint of the first edition (1801) of Francis Barrett's highly influential work. Scarce in original box.
