About the Authors

Susanna Isern (La Seu d'Urgell, 1978) es escritora, psic�loga, profesora y madre de tres hijos. Se licenci� en Psicolog�a por la Universidad de Barcelona y se especializ� en cl�nica por la Complutense de Madrid. Durante m�s de una d�cada compatibiliz� su trabajo como terapeuta y profesora en la universidad con su pasi�n por la literatura. En la actualidad se dedica exclusivamente a escribir.

Es autora de literatura infantil y juvenil de referencia en Espa�a y otros pa�ses. Ha publicado casi un centenar de libros en espa�ol, con traducciones a 30 idiomas y m�s de un mill�n de ejemplares vendidos alrededor del mundo. Ha sido galardonada con importantes premios a nivel nacional e internacional y algunas de sus obras se han adaptado al teatro.

Susanna Isern (La Seu d'Urgell, 1978) is a writer, psychologist, teacher and mother of three children. She graduated in Psychology from the University of Barcelona and specialized in clinical practice from the Complutense University of Madrid. For more than a decade she combined her work as a therapist and professor at the university with her passion for literature. He is currently dedicated exclusively to writing.

She is the author of children's and young people's literature of reference in Spain and other countries. Shee has published almost a hundred books in Spanish, with translations into 30 languages and more than a million copies sold around the world. She has been awarded important national and international awards and some of her plays have been adapted to the theater.

Carles Dalmau es un ilustrador freelance especializado en varios medios, desde c�mics al concept art. Autor de Mi �ngel guardi�n, Lucid Lucy, Calamari Kebab y coautor de Soma, junto a Fernando Llor. Tambi�n trabaja en el arte del videojuego Cult of the Lamb (Massive Monster Studios / Developer Digital) y ha sido el ilustrador detr�s del cartel de la 27a edici�n del Sal�n del Manga de Barcelona. Adicionalmente ha trabajado como artista conceptual para el estudio de animaci�n We Are Royale y ha colaborado como ilustrador para Disney, Netflix y otros videojuegos como Monster Camp, Genshin Impact, The Binding of Isaac, Wild Frost y Ankora: Lost Days, entre otros.

Carles Dalmau is a freelance illustrator specialized in various media, from comics to concept art. He is the author of Mi �ngel guardian, Lucid Lucy, Calamari Kebab and co-author of Soma, together with Fernando Llor. He also works on the art of the video game Cult of the Lamb (Massive Monster Studios / Developer Digital) and has been the illustrator behind the poster of the 27th edition of the Barcelona Manga Fair.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the the last good or the last lot or piece.

If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel with contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or Lakeside Books, 3247 Territorial Rd, 49022, Benton Harbor, Michigan, U.S.A., 1 2699258339, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to:
