A collection of the works of Joseph Rudyard Kipling, an English journalist, novelist, poet, and short-story writer who was born in British India. With illustrations from a collection of British artists, including John Lockwood Kipling, an English art teacher, illustrator and museum curator; William Henry Drake, an American painter, watercolorist, illustrator; and Paul Frenzeny, an American artist and illustrator. This set contains: The Jungle Book, 1910. The Second Jungle Book, 1910. The Nauklahka: A Story of West and East, 1910. From Sea to Sea and Other Sketches, 1910. Many Inventions, 1910. Fading to the spines with minor loss to the head and tail of the spine of the odd volume. The odd small mark to the boards with the odd small crack or tear to the spines. Front hinge failed to Just So Stories with the front endpaper loosening. Front hinge starting but firm to Captain Courageous. Internally, firmly bound.
