About the Author: Gwyn Jones and Thomas Jones were, respectively, Professor of English at Aberystwyth and Cardiff and Professor of Welsh at Aberystwyth. They are the authors of numerous works of scholarship in Welsh and in English.

The tales are arranged in three groups. Some of the titles included are : `Pwyll Prince of Dyfed', `Math Son of Mathonwy', `Lludd and Llefelys', ` The Dream of Rhonabwy', ` The Lady of the Fountain ', and ` Gereint Son of Erbin '. Cond : Paper wrapper is lime green with black lettering. Cover graphic is a colour illus. of a serpent and a lion - both in threatening poses. Light cover creases. Lightly chipped at corners and edges. Spine fine, colours bright, binding tight. No names, marks, tears, nor stains. Clean. EXCELLENT reading copy.
