Aviso impreso con el que se convoca a los individuos que forman la Milicia Nacional de Barcelona para que se presenten en las casas Consistoriales para la revisión para la exención del servicio por defecto físico. Firmado por Cayetano Ribot en Barcelona a 2 de marzo de 1839. Circular perfectamente enmarcada con marco de madera, lista para colgar. Muy decorativa. La Milicia Nacional, instituida en la Constitución del año 1812, anulada por Fernando VII en 1814 y restablecida en 1820, conoció su primer período histórico los años 1820-23, desapareciendo con el triunfo de la reacción absolutista. Fallecido Fernando VII, reapareció como Milicia Urbana en 1834 recuperando la calificación de Milicia Nacional en 1836 no sin que antes, por pocos meses, fuera denominada Guardia Nacional. En 1843 fue suspendida, finalizando su segundo período histórico. Su tercer período de existencia fue durante el ministerio Espartero-O Donnell, en los años 1854-56, que llegó a disponer de artillería, reapareciendo con la Revolución de 1868 si bien con el nombre de Voluntarios de la Libertad, mantenido hasta la abdicación de Amadeo I, en 1873, que tomó la denominación de Voluntarios de la República. Derrocada ésta en 1874, recuperó la calificación de Milicia Nacional, y con la Restauración, en 1875, tomó el nombre de Voluntarios de la Monarquía Constitucional, finalizando su existencia aquel mismo año.La Guardia nacional venía a ser como una fuerza revolucionaria popular, organizada y al servicio de los gobiernos progresistas. Su función era frenar los movimientos contrarrevolucionarios. Se extendió por toda España, especialmente tuvo una fuerza especial en Cataluña, principalmente en Barcelona, donde participó en todas las agitaciones revolucionarias. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel with contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or Librería Anticuaria Galgo, Carretera de Oviedo - Santander, km 7. Pol. Nuevo Granda. Nave 15., 33199, Granda - Siero, ASTUR, Spain, 34 985791528, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
