Dave Bixler is the Technical Services Manager for a Fortune 500 systems integrator. He has been working in the computer industry since the mid-1980s, working on anything from paper tape readers to Windows 2000 servers. Dave has also worked on a number of New Riders books as an author, technical editor, or book reviewer. Dave's industry certifications include Microsoft's MCP and MCSE, as well as Novell's MCNE, and a number of others. Michael D. Gambill is an MCSE+I, MCT, and MCNE and works as a Senior Systems Consultant and Trainer at a Microsoft Solution Provider Partner/Certified Technical Education Center. Rob Scrimger is a trainer and consultant who lives and works in Canada. He started with computers in 1979 and, through a lot of luck and on the job training, has managed to do everything but design the boards (he is taking an electronics course though). When he's not working on computers, Rob enjoys good food and good friends, preferably on a boat.
