Unlike a lot of electronic music, this has melody and structure, won't hurt your ears (even loud), and you'll be humming it later. Basically it's heavy as heck AND radio friendly.
BipTunia is based in Wyoming, and Maine, yet exists everywhere.
BipTunia often also includes spoken word by Phil Wormuth. He runs the JipProd word gang in rural Maine. He and Michael went to college together in the cold war in the Rust Belt of America. They tried making this music back then, but the technology had to catch up.
These two guys were best friends in college, played in an avant punk band called "The Armless Children." They lost track of each other for 30 years, got back in touch in 2017, and immediately made this music."
This book is the lyrics they wrote for these first three albums, plus some explanations of some of the lyrics.
Some poets and lyricists refuse to explain their words, but not Wormuth and Dean. The BipTunia boys say:
"Poetry is dying. We not only are bringing it back to life, but we're on a mission to help spread the love of poetry. Explaining poems helps the people in the cheap seats get it…."
"….Still, we don't explain it all, and leave a few mysteries to take to our graves and let you guess about.
"….And yes we ended a sentence in a preposition. When anyone tells you not to, they're just parroting people who are parroting people who are parroting people (etc) who are parroting Noah Webster, who wrote and published one of the first rule books.
"…..Noah Webster was a prude, literally, and is not someone you should trust. If he were alive, he'd probably be a senator lobbying to outlaw poetry that doesn't follow his snitty rules, or at least tax it."
