There's something magical about Jacobs Landing, Maine. It nourishes romance and convinces even the most jaded that love is possible. More Than Luck, the third installment in the Jacobs Landing series, weaves a captivating tale of passion and personal growth.
Johnny Caprese has always owned his reputation as the Italian stallion of Jacobs Landing, whether it was justified or not.A contractor by trade, Johnny renovates and rents vacation homes as his side hustle. Thinking his tenant is elderly, he is surprised to find the stunning Rosemary settled into one of his cottages for the summer. Although she's resolved to remain single, there's an undeniable chemistry between them that quickly blossoms into romance. Johnny starts rethinking his bachelor life. Can he find the courage to break free from his small-town's expectations and consider a more permanent relationship?
Rosemary Lennox's life was mapped out for her since birth; marry the man her family chose for her and become the New York socialite they'd envisioned. After her fiancé's betrayal, Rosemary moves to Jacobs Landing for the summer in order to evaluate her own life, as well as her friend's antique book collection. Embracing a single-for-the-summer attitude, seems like a great plan, until Rosemary meets her handsome landlord. Despite her determination to stay single, a spark ignites between them, leading to a whirlwind romance. Johnny Caprese has Rosemary rethinking her single status, as well as her future.
Can two people from different worlds make love work? It will take more than luck.
