The author meticulously explores the subject, building upon the foundational work of renowned mathematicians like Hadamard, Gersgorin, and Ostrowski. By applying complex analysis and linear algebra, the book derives novel theorems and extends established results, empowering readers to understand and tackle complex matrix eigenvalue problems. These findings have far-reaching implications, contributing to the advancement of scientific and engineering disciplines that rely on matrix theory. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book.
