If the first volume was the heart, this one is the soul — and the soul asks the questions the heart only feels.
Across Venezuela she was known as "the Poet of Love" — yet Elsa Büsing de Carroz's deepest, most searching poems stayed hidden for decades. This second volume of her Spiritual Series finally brings them into the light.
Loving God With All My Soul moves through three stirrings of the soul:
Search — the soul pursuing God, the light, and the spirit along rugged roads until it finds peace.
Surrender — supplication and self-abandonment into the hands of God, before the mystery of life and death.
Testimony — a clear-eyed witness to a broken world and its values, that never renounces hope.
These are not distant hymns. They are the raw, radiant prayers of a real woman who doubted, suffered, and loved anyway — and found God in all of it. Read them slowly. Pray them. Return to them whenever your own faith needs a voice.
Beautifully illustrated and lovingly edited by her granddaughter, Jennifer Fuenmayor, this is a treasure to keep and a gift to give — for everyone who longs to love God with all their soul.
