Paperback. When love and ambition cross paths, complicated issues may arise. For Ilayshia and DeAlex it's becoming a problem they can't get past. They are determined to be great, but the young couple is tested when the hard truths come to light. Feeling foolish in this twisted game called love, Ilayshia must decide if the love they share is worth the trouble. Or, should she cut her losses and just walk away. Free spirit, She'Ann doesn't have much. The only life she seems to have is that of caring for her mother. Each day is like that of the same; that is until one night out, everything changes. Life throws her an unexpected curve ball. Will she swing, and hit the ground running? Or, will she strike out and become another pawn in this salty tale?
