About the Author: Rev. Mahon is the founding director of Grace Community International. He has spoken on the disciplines of prayer and the personal devotional life in over 27 countries. He has an education degree from the University of Texas and a Master's Degree from Moody Bible Graduate School. He has served as a college director for the Navigators as well as on their National Mission Team. He has, in addition, served in several pastoral positions. He is currently the visiting Professor of Pastoral Theology at the Reformed Seminary in St. Petersburg, Russia. He ministers extensively with Reformed Baptist, Reformed Presbyterian, The Navigators, and Campus Crusade for Christ, as well as a number of other conservative evangelical churches, graduate schools, and organizations. As of this printing, he has been married 39 years and has four children and nine grandchildren. All of his children have strong Christian testimonies, are active in local churches, and were brought up having a daily quiet time alone with God.
