New edition revised. Both volumes have seen faithful service. Both have the same prev owner's name to the ffeps. Both spine strips missing and boards worn and well rubbed. Part 1 front board and prelims detached. Back board barely attached. The leaf bearing pp. 23/4 of Part 1 is detached and has a very long lateral closed tear. Both volumes quite extensively marked and annotated. 154pp. + 364pp. Part 2 is considerably less shaken than Part 1. Reading copies only. Very scarce set. Seller Inventory # 016702
