In 'The Long Italian Lunch' Julie Biuso captures the essence of the Italian way of life. There are over 100 colourful, tantalising recipes, combined in 10 distinctive menus for a long Italian lunch. Each menu has a theme - the arrival of spring; a Tuscan picnic; the opening of the mushroom season - and Julie's description of the settings, the people, the celebrations is as entertaining as her notes on the food and how to prepare it. This is not just a recipe book - it's a travel guide, a feast for the mind, an invitation to enjoy "la dolce vita". 175 pages. Quantity Available: 1. Shipped Weight: 1-2 kilos.
