About the Author: My name is Roberta Williams; I am a mother of 3 children and grandmother to 2 boys. My children are Anna 29, Johnny 25, and Michael 19, all on their own. My grandchildren are Brandon 6, and Aaron 4. My husband and I live in Petersburg, Michigan. It is for my husband a wish come true as he has always wanted to live in the country. It is going to be wonderful for us. I am an Avon Representative, I own a greeting card business and I have several sites online where I make a little money as well. My dream since my discharge from the Air Force in 1978 has been to have a home based business. I started one up a few years back, but it is not doing so well, so I decided with the help of the staff at Ashford University, to try for my Bachelor's Degree in Business Organization and Management. I am now in my 13th class at Ashford. Upon graduation from these courses I hope to have a better understanding of how a business should be conducted, and be more successful in it.
